Simian International opens the first CISRS scaffolding training centre in Africa

The training centre, which is now open for business, is based in Ipara just outside of Lagos. The Scheme Manager at CISRS, David Mosley, has audited the scaffold training centre and awarded it with CISRS Overseas Scaffolding Training Scheme Level  1, 2 and 3 plus CISRS OSTS Basic Scaffold Inspection and CISRS OSTS Supervisor.

Ian Fyall, Operations Director at Simian Group said ‘‘It is a proud moment for Simian and our partners Falck Prime Atlantic to be opening the first CISRS training centre on the African continent. I would like to thank the team at Falck Construction and Abid Gul, our training instructor, for their continued hard work in setting up the centre. The centre has been three years in the planning so it’s fantastic to see all this hard work and determination paying off with the opening of the new training centre.”
